Very simple and at the same time exceptionally elegant teak sideboard, designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast Furniture in 1959. This iconic piece of furniture is an example of Scandinavian mid-century design and impresses with its clear design language, high-quality materials and masterful workmanship.
The sideboard is in very good condition. It only shows slight, age-related signs of wear, which underline the authentic character of the furniture without affecting its elegant effect. The warm teak shows a beautiful grain and an even patina.
Particularly noteworthy are the beautifully crafted drum doors, which open and close smoothly and smoothly - a sign of high quality craftsmanship. Another striking detail are the solid teak feet, which give the sideboard a floating lightness.
Overall, it is an incredibly elegant and timeless piece of furniture that combines functionality and design at the highest level. A real collector's item and a stylish eye-catcher for sophisticated interiors.
