The absolute design classic, the 'Compact' sofa by Charles and Ray Eames, designed in the 1940s for the couple's own home and in production since 1954. It adapts perfectly to rooms where a traditional sofa would be too big and out of place without loosing any of the comfort, and giving large rooms an airy, modern feel. The cover was renewed with beautiful cotton weave fabric in a subtle light blue.
