The glass bird of Oiva Toikka has a round shape, black shiny glass and red matte glass and blue-white-black glass. It was mouth-blown and handmade, which gives it distinctive character and color variations. Very good vintage condition without any chips or cracks. With Original glue from Iittala.
Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) is one of the world's leading glass artists. His imaginative, colourful and bold art deviates from the usual streamlined Aesthetic of Nordic design.
