Wood sculpture, Handmade, Denmark, 60s

Extraordinarily beautiful and humorous wooden sculpture from the 1960s, handcrafted in Denmark. Made from solid teak wood, the figure captivates with its expressive, sculptural design language and its charming, almost playful character.

Although the artist is no longer known today, the object impresses with its exceptional craftsmanship and artistic execution. The combination of warm teak wood with carefully placed rosewood details gives the sculpture additional depth and elegance.

With its reduced design language and a fine sense of proportion, this figure is a characteristic example of Scandinavian craftsmanship from the 1960s. A decorative unique piece with a lot of personality, which delights both as a collector's item and as an expressive accent in a sophisticated interior.
