Narrow, exceptionally long Qashqai Shiraz rug, handwoven in the 1920s in southern Iran. Made from pure new wool, this piece captivates with its dense, precise weave, clearly geometric ornamentation, and the characterful, expressive colors of the Qashqai nomadic tradition. The high-quality virgin wool gives the carpet a durable yet supple feel and a lively, nuanced surface effect. The carpet has been professionally cleaned and carefully restored. Considering it is over 100 years old, it is in very good condition; its structure and color appear stable, harmonious, and balanced. An authentic, one-of-a-kind piece with cultural depth and timeless appeal.
