2 Charles & Ray Eames, Vitra, EA 105, Aluminium Chairs, 1950s

This elegant design classic is an Eames Aluminium Chair, designed by the legendary husband-and-wife design team Charles and Ray Eames. The armless version, as seen in models such as the EA 105 and EA 106, impresses with its minimalist design language and the unmistakable lightness of the famous Aluminium Group.

The upholstery in a rich shade of green is particularly expressive. The characteristic horizontal stitching gives the seat its clear structure and at the same time emphasizes the chair's elegant silhouette. Instead of a classic seat shell, this exclusive fabric—a fine velvet from Paris—has been tautly stretched between the aluminum profiles by us, allowing it to adapt perfectly to the body.

These chairs are unique pieces and were modified in our workshop; the original chair frames date back to the 1970s.
