Table lamp base made of glazed ceramic, signed by Swiss artist Arpot (Jean-Claude de Crousaz) Bernex, Switzerland, 1970. The lampshade is made of hand-colored batik by his wife with her emblem. The pattern of the cotton fabric for the lampshade complements the whole and makes it a luminous sculpture. Overall, a wonderful light object.
