Børge Mogensen designed the Safari armchair for Fredericia Stolefabrik, Denmark, in the 1960s. The frame is made of solid oak and is covered with new white canvas. The original cover is still available and is included. The chair stood outside by the sea on a veranda for a long time, so the two front oak columns are completely furrowed by sand, salt, and wind. Nevertheless, it is in authentic vintage condition.
