Beautifully patinated "Cansado" bench designed by Charlotte Perriand in the mid 50s, inspired by her stay in Japan. The bench was named after the Cité de Cansado, the French mining company "Société des Mines de Fer de Mauretanie", whose accommodations were furnished with furniture by Charlotte Perriand. It was successfully sold in Paris in the late 1950s (Edition Steph Simon).
