Daybed, Italian Woodwork, 60s

Italian daybed from the 1960s. Frame made of lacquered maple veneer, elegantly combined with slender steel legs and precisely crafted brass feet. The generous new cushion is covered with high-quality cotton velour and accented with red piping and dark red velour buttons. The clean lines and balanced proportions give the piece a timeless presence in characteristic mid-century design. The careful carpentry work testifies to the high quality of craftsmanship of its time. The wooden bed base has been professionally rebuilt in our workshop.
Condition: pleasant vintage condition with subtle signs of wear typical for its age.
