Eero Saarinen Womb Chair designed 1948 and manufactured by Knoll. Florence Knoll charged Eero Saarinen to design "a chair that was like a basket full of pillows, something I could really curl up in". The result is this design icon which allows several seating positions hence the name 'womb'. This one stood in the building of Elna factory in Geneva, the legendary sewing machine manufacturer. It's a collector item, with a distinct vintage patina. The Leather has been refurbished by injecting liquid Leather and placing Leather layers to reinforce and preserve the original aspect.
