Danish modern ceramic table lamp from the famous “Sun” series, designed by Einar Johansen and manufactured by Søholm Ceramics in the 1960s on the Danish island of Bornholm.
The lamp captivates with its oval cross-section and characteristic Le Klint lampshade, which gently diffuses the light and lends the design an elegant lightness. The dark brown glaze is decorated with a stylized sun motif, which is typical of the series and gives the piece a special decorative touch. The manufacturer's mark is located on the bottom, proving its authenticity and origin.
The lamp is in good vintage condition, with minimal signs of wear that underline the charm and authenticity of the original piece. A classic example of Scandinavian design art that harmoniously combines functionality, quality craftsmanship, and aesthetic sophistication.
