Exceptional Murano glass vase from the 1930s, designed by Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso. The striking triangular shape recalls the geometric design language of the 1920s and gives the vase a sculptural, architectural presence. Gold leaf elements encased in the glass create a fascinating interplay of light and reflection and emphasize the material's unique depth and elegance.
The vase is in very good condition. It is a characteristic example of early 20th-century Venetian glass art, in which traditional craftsmanship and avant-garde design language come together in an impressive way.
