Beautifully shaped lounge chair with matching footrest designed by Hans J. Wegner for Getama Gedsted, Denmark in the 1950s. Made from solid oak. The upholstery and seat cushions have been newly covered with woven linen from the 60s. The wooden frames are marked on the bottom with GETAMA Gedsted Denmark, Design Hans J. Wegner. In a very good condition.
