The Model 871 ice bucket by Luigi Massoni and Carlo Mazzeri for Alessi is one of the iconic creations of 60s Italian design. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the piece stands out for its timeless, functional design and the combination of precise craftsmanship and elegant aesthetics characteristic of Alessi. The clean design, with its harmonious proportions, reflects the design philosophy of postwar modernism, in which everyday objects were elevated to the status of stylish design pieces. Created by two prominent Italian designers, the Model 871 ice bucket combines high functionality with classic mid-century design and remains a prized collector’s item to this day.
