An exceptionally elegant display case from the 1950s, crafted for a high-end clothing store. The case was made in Paris by a master cabinetmaker and exemplifies the exceptional craftsmanship of that era.
Particularly noteworthy are the finely crafted moldings and the elegant, balanced design. The body is made entirely of solid maple; only the lower interior section is veneered. The light, vibrant grain of the maple gives the piece a very refined yet warm appearance.
The display cabinet is in a very beautiful original condition and has only been gently cleaned. A rare and exceptionally high-quality piece that impresses both in terms of craftsmanship and aesthetics.
