Glas bowl made by Vetro Verde Di Empoli in the 1950s. Beautiful, thick -walled green glass. The bright green color of the Empoli glass is created by the iron oxide, which naturally occurs in the sand of the local rivers and is used in the production of the glass. Very nice organic shape. Heavy bowl and very decorative for the table. Light signs of wear.
