Iconic glass vase by Finnish design pioneer Tapio Wirkkala, signed and dated '56. This piece comes from the designer's early creative phase and is one of his sought-after designs for the Iittala glass manufacturer.
The “3563” vase is characterized by Wirkkala’s characteristically puristic design language: clear, reduced and yet organically inspired. In good vintage condition.

Recommendation for buying vintage furniture.
A design furniture piece from that era is different from a reproduction.
The furniture was perfect in our booth — we will always rent with you when we are in Basel!
